Responsibilities:

As a member of our Content Development Team, you will use your expertise and creativity to develop highly engaging multi-media courseware and learning games.

You will work both independently and with team support to: Develop multimedia materials (animation, video, audio, etc), assets, and e-learning courses that our customers love. Analyze project requirements Participate in the creative direction for projects Practice, support and mentor the team in the best practices of multimedia development in order to help the entire team achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality.

Technologies:

We do not hire based on a specific list of buzzwords, technologies, or popular acronyms on your resume. Today we use Flash, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, & Captivate. Tomorrow we may use something different. Whatever technologies, languages, or development environments you have learned, we expect you have mastered them in depth. And, we expect that you are able to master any technology, language, or development environment that we need in the future.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience and extensive knowledge of the creative, multimedia, and interactive development process
  • Your friends and coworkers describe you as a multi-media superstar. They have a hard time understanding how you get so much done in one day
  • People-oriented, friendly and personable nature
  • A "polite, thinking, can do" attitude in the face of obstacles and difficult people
  • You love to work with customers and are not afraid of new technology
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proofreaders ask you to check their work!
  • A desire to constantly develop new skills
  • Permanent legal right to work in the United States
  • Available for an in-person interview in Portland, Oregon
  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent work/life experience
  • Excellent grades and willing to prove it
  • Not afraid to boldly decorate your workspace
