Mills has worked in the electrical industry for 30+ years, first as a warehouse worker for an electrical distributor. Over the years, he worked his way up to management team at the headquarters of regional distributor. He has worked in this region since 1975 and helped implement his last company’s online training program.

Ierien, a Portland native, currently pursues bachelor’s a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. After her graduation in May 2008, Ierien intends to work in the Seattle or Portland areas. Her interests include swimming, boating and learning to surf.

Francis San Juan joined BlueTech in May 2007 as an Interactive Artist working primarily with multimedia and graphics development for e-Learning content. His experience includes over five years as a Flash developer, most recently with the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. San Juan holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Design from North Carolina State University in Raleigh.
